You can cancel your booking, which has been confirmed by us and already paid for by you, free of charge up to 7 days before your planned arrival. In the case that you are affected by restrictions in connection with illness or other massive problems preventing your journey at the planned time of your stay, you have the option of postponing the booking date in consultation with us.
