relaxing Vietnamese cooking workshop
In this cooking workshop, I will show you, how to make authentic Vietnamese delicious meals for you and your family every day but also for a nice gathering with your good friends. During the workshop, participants (typical a 2-4 persons family) can learn how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes, desserts and healthy drinks. As typical traditional dishes in Vietnam you will find a huge selection of delicious specialties, there are so many tasty vegan and vegetarian dishes but also delicious ones with meat.

The cooking workshops take place only from 01.05. to 30.09.
This is an unique experience with cooking and enjoying the slow food, which is suitable for someone, who loves authentic food and is interested in learning something new. But the goal is not only the food, but also a great time we can spend together in a pleasant company and cozy atmosphere. I will show you cooking in the same ways as my mother and my grandmother taught me, as I was a little girl with real passion and a big heart for healthy food! The food you will enjoy during the workshop is not like the typical fast food in some of the modern Vietnamese restaurants in the cities. It is really authentic and much more tasteful of course.
The workshop is an art of slow living, where you can learn to make your food healthy and delicious and it will inspire you to have more joy in cooking at home. You may see new ways to enjoy the food as one of the fabulous experiences of life and explore the food as a kind of culture. And after all you will enjoy a slower time by us in the countryside and so close to the nature.
